ReplyDeleteall the fishing places are more than 100 km away from Hyderabad. It means there is no place inside Hyderabad or outskirt of the city for fishing???
Yes it is very true that there are hardly any place except Osmansagar and Himayatsagar which are near Hyderabad. Rest of the place are very far. There are many lakes around Hyderabad but most of the water bodies are polluted and 2-3 lakes with good water where fishing contractors don't allow anyone to fish there.

I have been to fishing to Adilabad (Ghatkesar), bibi nagar , shamirpet , barkas lake and small ponds but never been to dams so please let me know when is your trip and how can i join u guys ... I have a bike and i guess it will be uselessto travel long distances.. so I can afford sharing of money if you guys take vehicles on hire or any... thank u...
